Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Getton Strategic Development Solutions Inc for your use of PocketDex. By creating an account or using PocketDex, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use PocketDex.
Plans and payment
- Free plan: up to 25 contacts, with unlimited events, AI features, and CSV tools.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment of $37 USD unlocks unlimited contacts for the life of the PocketDex service. There is no subscription and no renewal.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change for new purchases but will not affect purchases already made.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchasing by contacting us at support@gsdsolutionsinc.com. If a purchase is refunded or successfully disputed, Lifetime access is removed and your account returns to the free plan. Your existing contacts are kept.
Your content
You own the contacts, notes, and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide PocketDex to you, including AI features you choose to use. You are responsible for having the right to store information about the people you add and for following applicable privacy and anti-spam laws when contacting them.
AI features
Scans, summaries, and drafted messages are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before saving or sending. Usage limits may apply to prevent abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not use PocketDex to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload harmful content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Disclaimers and liability
PocketDex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data — please keep CSV backups.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use PocketDex after changes means you accept the updated terms.
